The “rookies” of the Ossining High School science research program proved their abilities at the Westlake Science Fair this past Saturday, June 7th. This Science fair was initiated three years ago and was designed for the sophomores of the science research programs in Westchester and Rockland Counties to share their research plans. In addition, many seniors and some alumni from the science research programs from over 30 high schools including OHS volunteered as judges at the fair. Ossining took home the highest number of awards from a single school, with 17 students being recognized in best of category. Congratulations to all and we a very proud of our Ossining sophomores and the best of luck in their future endeavors in the next two years of the program.
